A modern convenience, these luxury Toilets flush with as little as one pint of water, using a convenient foot pedal. The Low Water Remote is simple to operate and easy to clean. Natural organic products may be added to the treatment module through a service port and powered units have a switch to control the fans and/or the heating system. Installation is quick and easy. The Remote unit installs below the floor or outside, either near the Toilet or offset 10 feet or more, and must be covered by the floor or another structure. It must be well insulated if used in cold weather. Flexible duct and drain pipes ensure better air flow and easy connections, and a special Filter Drain is included. Installation below the floor requires 29" or more, ground to floor. Minimum clearance for an outside wall installation is 22". Low-flush Toilets connect to either your gravity feed or pressure water supply.

IMI Santon Instantaneous Tankless Water Heaters

The water heater shall be an IMI Santon electric instantaneous type, and shall be wall mounted. The heat exchanger shall be of solid copper construction to eliminate potential water leak damage. The heat exchanger shall contain a fully insulated copper sheathed element, and overheating of both the heater and the element shall be prevented by the fitting of an energy cut-off device in direct thermal contact with both the element and water. The heater shall be fitted with an electronic temperature control system adjustable from 100'F to 145'F.* The heating and control components shall be enclosed in an impact resistant and shock-proof case of ABS.

SOLAR BOOSTER

A Thermostatically Controlled IMI Santon unit installed as a booster to a solar system can make a solar heater much more efficient. A typical solar collection system can only add heat to stored water when the temperature at the collector goes substantially above the set point of the back-up element in the tank (usually 130' to 140'). BY ELIMINATING THE ELEMENT IN THE TANK, and installing the thermostatically controlled Santon unit on the outlet of the tank, the solar collector can be utilized at a much lower temperature, increasing overall efficiency. Then as water is drawn off at the faucet, the unit thermostatically senses the temperature of the stored water and automatically adds just the right amount of heat.
